Unworn, unwashed, items with tags can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an shop credit. AAC only offers in store credit: no refunds or exchanges. Accessories, ascots, final sale and in person purchases are not eligible for exchange.
How to Return
To initiate a return, email email@example.com, include your name, order number, what you are returning and your reason for return.
Condition of Item
All items must be in like new condition. Tags must be attached with all original packaging. No perfumes, stains, animal hair or other marks with be refunded. Items returned, not in original condition, will not be accepted. AAC has the right to reject a return. Items that are not able to be resold will be sent back to you, at your expense.
You are responsible for the expense to send items back to AAC. AAC does not cover shipping & handling costs for returns UNLESS the mistake was our fault. We advise getting a tracking number, we are not responsible if your package gets lost or arrives after the two week deadline.
After your item(s) have been inspected by the AAC, if they are in acceptable condition, a store credit will be initiated.
Discounted pieces in the final sale section are not eligible for the return process.
If your return does not meet AAC guidelines and you mail it to AAC, we will not accept your item. The customer (you) is responsible for paying to have the item sent back to you within two weeks.
Items purchased in person at pop ups or in store at Kindred, Array, etc. are not eligible for the online return process. Extras, ascots and final sale are also ineligible.
